Interview with the Vampire
New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1976. First Edition.
First Edition. 8vo; Black cloth with grey paper boards and gilt lettering on spine. Red topstain. Gilt dustjacket with white and black lettering lined in red. Unclipped, with original $8.95 price visible. No photo credits on back cover of dustjacket; 371pp. Dustjacket has light surface scuffing and scratching throughout. Some wear to the margins, with creases and a few tiny closed tears in the gilt near head and tail of spine. No loss to the dustjacket, it remains quite shiny and attractive. Textblock is spotless. Some minor fading to the margins of the boards, else fine. A beautiful copy.
